June - E. coli in flour
An investigation found 63 people were infected with Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) O121 or STEC O26 from 24 US states.
General Mills said illnesses came from flour that was not properly baked or cooked.
Flour is made from wheat grown outdoors where bacteria are often present and is typically not treated to kill bacteria during the normal milling process, it added.
Flour produced at a facility in Kansas City, Missouri was the likely source.
General Mills issued a recall in May and expanded it three times in July.
