'World's first' hazelnut cricket butter
Sens Food has launched what it describes as the 'world's first' hazelnut cricket protein spread.
Comparing the new butter to a leading brand of hazelnut spread, Sens said: "Let's not skip on the taste. Our new Sens cream will give you no regrets."
The spread is made with 'high quality and sustainable' cricket protein; is free from sugar; contains five times the hazelnuts as other leading alternatives on the market; and has a 'high content' of 'quality fibre'.
"We started with the best Italian hazelnuts. Added high-quality cricket protein. To sweeten the spread, we used innovative alternative sweetener xylitol, which is sometimes made from the bark of a birch tree. Lastly, we added creamy coconut milk to smoother the texture," said Sens.
The spread is available online for €13.99.
