Campylobacter in chicken
Denmark: Løgismose has recalled chicken due to high levels of Campylobacter.
Løgismose Kylling, Løgismose Kyllingelår and Løgismose Kyllingebryst with date 21-9-17 and lot number 1725036081 sold in Netto stores are affected.
Denmark issued two RASFF alerts related to Campylobacter. One said Campylobacter was found in 700-19,000 CFU/g in fresh chicken thighs from Germany and the other said C. coli was found in four of 12 samples and C. jejuni (in five of 12 samples) in chilled whole chickens, chicken thighs and chicken breasts from France.
