Listeria in fish
New Zealand: Ngāti Porou Fisheries is recalling some of its Ahia brand fish as they may contain Listeria.
All batches of its branded freshly smoked Gemfish, freshly smoked Blue Moki, freshly smoked Hoki and freshly smoked Salmon all 200g are affected.
Use by dates up to and including 15-5-16 of the 200g vacuum-packed product in plastic trays are involved. There have been no reports of illness.
Products are sold within Auckland at Farro Fresh: Grey Lynn, Mt Wellington, North shore and Epsom and New World: Victoria Park and Birkenhead.
