Listeria in cheese
September - England: The Golden Cross Cheese Company is recalling five batches of Flower Marie Sheep Milk Cheese because of Listeria monocytogenes.
Flower Marie Sheep Milk Cheese 200g and 600g with batch codes: 246, 244, 240, 236, 232 and all best before dates are affected.
The firm advised anyone who has purchased the product not to eat it and return it to the place of purchase.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and assure our customers of our continuing commitment to the highest standards of food safety and quality," it added.
