Bacillus cereus in dried mushrooms
September - Belgium and France: Sotrexco international has recalled dried black mushrooms because of Bacillus cereus.
The firm said a high rate of bacillus cereus bacteria was found in the batch of mushrooms (No. 088-1) with best before date 21/10/2016.
'Champignons noirs' in a 50g bag with bar code 3760092450479 is affected. In France it was sold in Carrefour supermarkets.
