Food Safety recall round-up 22-28 November
High levels of Campylobacter prompt recall
28 November - Denmark: Dencon Foods has recalled chicken breast fillet because of high content of Campylobacter.
The chicken breast fillet 130-180g has an authorisation number of PL 14260502 WE.
If the meat is not cooked through or if mishandled it can cross contaminate other foods with Campylobacter.
The Danish Food Safety agency said although the last day of use is exceeded (26 November) consumers may have product in the freezer. It advised them to discard or take it back to the store where it was purchased.
