Listeria in Mortadealla
28 February - Canada: Lady York Foods is recalling sliced Mortadella products due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
The recall applies to all Mortadella products sliced and sold from the deli counter at Lady York Foods in Ontario from December 2, 2014 to February 24, 2015.
It was triggered by findings of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and the agency said illnesses have been reported but did not reveal how many.
