Walnut Pieces contaminated with Salmonella
USA: Eillien's Candies has recalled various sizes and brands of Walnut Pieces because they may be contaminated with Salmonella.
Consumers who have recently purchased the items with best before dates and at stores which can be found here should not eat the product and should return it to the store of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
To date, Eillien's Candies has not received any reports of illnesses in connection with the items listed above.
The recall is the result of a routine sampling program by FDA which revealed a package of Walnut Pieces contained Salmonella.
