Listeria monocytogenes in cheese
November - Canada: Glen Echo Fine Foods is recalling Inverloch Cheddar Cheese imported from Scotland due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
Some UPCs of Isle of Kintyre Laird's Mustard Mature Cheddar & Whole Grain Mustard 1kg with best before 10-03-16 and Applesmoke Mature Cheddar 900g with 3-3-16 are affected.
The recall was triggered by the company. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is investigating which may lead to the recall of other products. No illnesses have been reported.
