Food Safety recall round-up 20-26 November
Missing allergen info leads to recall
November - England: Worsbrough Mill has withdrawn various packs of flour, bran, semolina, bread mix and oats because of incorrect allergen information.
They don’t mention the presence of cereals containing gluten (some products contain wheat, others barley), which means they are a possible health risk for anyone with a relevant allergy or intolerance.
All affected products are safe to eat unless you need to avoid cereals containing gluten. Correctly labelled products will be available shortly, said the firm.
