Food Safety recall round-up 3-9 October
4 sickened by E.coli from chicken products
3 October - Canada: Missing Link Extraordinary Sausage is recalling frozen, raw, ground chicken products due to possible E. coli O157:H7 contamination.
There have been four reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.
This recall was triggered by the E. coli O157:H7 foodborne outbreak investigation led by Alberta Health Services and supported by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
