Combining low levels of essential oils (EOs) could enhance their
antimicrobial power and remove adverse taste effects, suggests a
new study from Ireland.
Ingredients firm Kerry has clinched a new long-term supply
partnership with Dierbergers Oleos Essencias, a Brazilian producer
of organic fragrances, flavors and ingredients.
Treatt, the UK flavour ingredients company that earlier this week
announced an increase in turnover for the year, has launched a
natural celery oil distillate, adding to its portfolio of savoury
flavours.
