Clostridium botulinum in smoked fish
July - Canada: The Healthy Butcher is recalling smoked fish because it may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum.
The affected products were sold in variable weight packages at The Healthy Butcher retail locations in Ontario. See affected items here.
The recall was triggered by Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) test results but there have been no reported illnesses.
