Bethan has been working as a professional writer for more than a decade, with b2b having been her focus since 2016 and food and drink specifically since 2019. As the Editor of Food Manufacture, she leads on the content strategy and is responsible for the delivery of the annual Food Manufacture Excellence Awards and Business Leaders' Forum events, as well as hosting the popular Food Manufacture podcast.
