Ready, set, pucker! National Pickle Month has arrived and pickle-crazed consumers have more options than ever to satisfy their hunger – and thirst – for all things pickle.
Flavor-led food and beverage snacks are driving consumer interest, according to Circana’s Sally Lyons Wyatt at the 2026 Sweets & Snacks Expo in Las Vegas in May.
She noted that so-called “expanded snacking” flavors are up 8.5%, compared to 2.5% for core flavored snacks.
Here are a handful of pickle-flavored snacks launched in the first half of 2026.
Ready for pickle smoothies?
The collaboration between Smoothie King and Grillo’s Pickles is a team-up pickle and smoothie lovers have been waiting for all their lives.

The limited-edition smoothies, launched in May and available at Smoothie King locations, incorporate pickles with bananas, organic kale and coconut water.
“We love to do unhinged collabs at Grillo’s. With that, we don’t always get to talk about the functional benefits of pickles,” said Mark Luker, Grillo’s chief commercial officer. “When we partnered with Smoothie King for a hydration smoothie, we knew this was a great opportunity to do both. Those who are willing to try will be pleasantly surprised (and hydrated).”
Boar’s Head on board
Boar’s Head is heightening its presence in the deli with the June launch of on-the-go snack pickles in three varieties.
The collection includes Kosher Dill, Bread & Butter and Horseradish Bread & Butter, and aims to “transform a deli staple into a portable, craveable experience,” Boar’s Head said.

The lineup of pickle snacks is packed without added brine for a “clean, refreshing taste,” according to the company.
“Pickles have always been an essential part of the Boar’s Head experience,” said Steve Alfris, director of product marketing at Boar’s Head. “With our Pickle Snacks, we saw an opportunity to reimagine that tradition for today’s consumer, creating something that feels both familiar and entirely new.”
Functional pickle juice
The brand Pickle Juice offers more than just a tangy flavor. The brand is positioned as a functional beverage that the company says is “clinically proven to stop muscle cramps in 60 seconds.”
The brand updated its packaging in June to simplify the message that it stops muscle cramps quickly and effectively.

“The redesign spans the brand’s core portfolio and includes updated packaging, refined branding, enhanced messaging and a refreshed digital experience,” the company said.
The brand has a strong reputation with performance-focused consumers, but a brand refresh makes the message clearer for mainstream consumers, the company noted.
“This refresh helps consumers immediately understand what the product does, why it works and when they should use it,” said Filip Keuppens, CEO of The Pickle Juice Company. “Every decision was guided by consumer insights and focused on communicating our core benefit as simply and effectively as possible.”
A new kind of pickle crunch
Like pickle-flavored products, protein is all the rage these days, and Simply Good Foods Co. is tapping into both with its Quest Nutrition Dill Pickle Style Protein Chips.
The chips contain 19 grams of protein and 4 grams of net carbs per serving, “offering a crispy, tangy bite with a hit of vinegar and a burst of dill flavor,” Simply Good noted.

“At Quest, we know great taste isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’re focused on building a range of high-protein snacks that deliver for every craving,” said Emily Johnston, SVP, Quest Marketing. “We helped create the modern protein chip category and we’re continuing to push it forward with new flavors like Dill Pickle that bring variety without compromising the high-quality nutrition our fans expect.”
The Dill Pickle Style Protein Chips are available exclusively on Amazon.
Pickles with a punch
SuckerPunch Pickles is going all in for National Pickle Month by thanking its customers with a limited-edition Emotional Support Pickle Kit.
The brand is also holding a sweepstakes for customers, giving them a chance for one entry for every dollar spent.

“National Pickle Month is our favorite time of year because it’s a chance to celebrate the people who love pickles as much as we do,” said Rachel Puepke, chief commercial officer at SuckerPunch. “We wanted to do something unexpected to say thank you, so every July order comes with a little extra to brighten someone’s day. Life throws enough punches, so we figured we’d throw in a little pickle fun instead. Whether you’re recovering from a tough workout, getting through a stressful day or simply in need of a laugh, we hope this kit reminds people not to take life too seriously.”
The emotional support pickle kits include a: pickle plush, three-pepper sweet-heat pickle pouch, spicy pickle juice shot and SuckerPunch branded socks, sticker and stress ball.
