Salt reduction offers an important opportunity to improve population health. So how are food manufacturers working to cut sodium from finished food products? Could more progress be made?

Join us to learn more about salt reduction during FoodNavigator’s free upcoming webinar​.

Hosted by FoodNavigator journalist Flora Southey, the discussion will focus on the current regulatory environment in Europe, how best to incentivise foodmakers to lower salt levels, and of course, challenges and opportunities within the sector to make better progress.

To kick off the event, Sebastian Emig, Director General at the European Snacks Association (ESA), will present a 10-minute overview of the European snack sector’s successes and pitfalls in the salt reduction story to date.

From there, we will move into a lively, 40-minute discussion with all panellists, before opening the floor for a 10-minute Q&A session. Get your questions ready!
