International Food company Kerry Group PLC announced the acquisition of Armour Food Ingredients in the U.S from Con Agra Inc. for $35 million (Euro 41.2 million). Antitrust approval has been received. Armour, which has forecast sales of $40 million for 2000, provides a range of speciality food ingredients.
