Listeria potential in cookie dough pieces
USA: Aspen Hills, the supplier of cookie dough pieces used as an ingredient in several brands of ice cream, has said some product could be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Publix Super Markets recalled Publix Premium Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Wells Enterprises recalled two lots of Blue Bunny Hoppin’ Holidoodle ice cream because they contain snickerdoodle cookie dough pieces, Blue Bell Ice Cream recalled all products made with a cookie dough ingredient supplied by Aspen Hills and Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Company recalled ice cream made with a chocolate chip cookie dough ingredient.
