"Olivia has been part of the NutraIngredients team since 2023 and currently serves as Deputy Editor. In this role, she is responsible for daily coverage of key developments across the health and nutrition industry, with a focus on regulatory updates, consumer and market trends, and cutting-edge scientific research. She holds a BA(Hons) in Communication Design from Glasgow School of Art, as well as a Master’s degree in Gastronomy from the Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche, where she developed a multidisciplinary perspective on food systems, sustainability, and health. Olivia is deeply passionate about evidence-based reporting, genuine sustainability, and advancing global health outcomes through nutrition. At NutraIngredients.com, she curates editorial content, hosts expert-led webinars, coordinates high-impact special newsletters, and presents engaging video features. She is also a judge for the NutraIngredients Awards and co-host at global industry summits including Probiota, the NutraHealthSpan Summit, and the Active Nutrition Summit. Olivia has a background as a professional chef and a lifelong love of cooking. She is also a keen runner and trained ballet dancer."
