At our state-of-the-art Technology Centre our R&D specialists develop tailor-made functional systems for dairy products and ice cream, deli foods, ready meals, and fish, meat and sausage products. We optimize existing formulations and inspire our customers to create new products that offer additional value-added potential.
With nearly 20 years of experience in applications research we are able to select, from hundreds of single components, exactly those raw materials which will meet the specific requirements of individual customers. In doing so we make use of synergisms between these ingredients and with other constituents of the recipe. With this knowledge, and with the aid of our modern pilot plant, our applications technologists then develop customized complexes of active ingredients which achieve optimum results in respect of product quality, economy and processing.
