Overview


A growing number of people follow restricted diets. Data from the UK shows over one-fifth of the population avoid products containing milk. More still exclude gluten, seafood and nuts. As allergies become more common and people eliminate certain ingredients from their diets, what opportunities are opening up in the free-from space?
