The line-up includes is the Bakewell Bakery’s original Bakewell Pudding. Made by hand to an original recipe from the 1800s, the traditional Bakewell Pudding comprises a buttery puff pastry case with a layer of indulgent seedless strawberry jam - ideally for impressing guests at your Jubilee street party.
Bakewell Bakery’s also offers an 'Afternoon Tea for Two', which comes delivered to the doorstep: the ideal treat for couples or friends who fancy kicking back and being waited on while enjoying their Jubilee street party celebrations.
The delivery includes one small original Bakewell Pudding to share, two scones (choice of flavours), one small tray bake slice (choice of flavours), one loaf cake (choice of flavours), two mini pots of strawberry jam two mini pots of luxury clotted cream, and two enveloped tea bags (choice of flavours).
Also featured is Yan Tan, the ‘ultimate summer alcoholic refreshment’. This low calorie, gluten-free alcoholic sparkling water with 100% natural British flavours from ‘wonky’ fruit and botanicals is ‘perfect for toasting 70 years of our fabulous Queen!’
Yan Tan is available in two varieties: crisp, off-dry Elderflower Hawthorn, and fruity, rounded Damson Rhubarb. The natural ingredients are carefully sourced from sustainable ‘wonky’ produce, lightly sparkling and infused with spirit made from apples to make the best tasting hard seltzer out there. 4% ABV, gluten free, vegan friendly, zero sugar and only 71kcal per bottle.
Next up is Mr Trotter’s eight pack pork crackling gift selection box of various flavoured pork scratchings, from Jalapeno Chilli Pork and Salt and Vinegar, to English Mustard and Original. Mr Trotter, which “stands for all that’s best in British pork snacks” has also brought out a Sausalami, which is “packed with the finest British pork and just enough of Mr Trotter’s special seasonings. The air-dried snack is “the perfect accompaniment to a glass of wine or beer” and available in three flavours - the Original, Jalapeno Chilli, and Cracked Black Pepper.

UK confectioner Fudge Kitchen has launched a limited-edition Chocolate Biscuit Cake fudge in celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
It’s reported, by former Royal chef Darren McGrady, that “this chocolate biscuit cake is Her Royal Majesty the Queen’s favourite afternoon tea cake by far.” Apparently, the Royal seal of approval doesn’t stop there, as Prince William is speculated to be a firm fan too – even having it as the groom’s cake at his wedding to Kate Middleton.
Chocolate Biscuit Cake is made using crushed rich tea biscuits, which are stirred through a decadent rich dark chocolate cake before being topped with a layer of chocolate ganache and left to set in the fridge for 3 hours.
The innovative product development team at Fudge Kitchen have turned this Royal afternoon tea delicacy into a brand-new fudge flavour which will be sold online and, in their shops, up and down the country. It will be made in the traditional slab fudge format and also as a butter fudge bite which will be retailed on their website.
The Platinum Jubilee Chocolate Biscuit Cake flavour is made using a Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt fudge, swirled with crushed biscuit from Kerry’s Gluten Free Bakery based in Deal, Kent. Fudge Kitchen partnered with a UK based baker who could provide them with gluten and palm oil free biscuits, in line with their gluten free policy and sustainability missions. The final touch is a dusting of edible platinum shimmer, giving a firm nod to the Platinum Jubilee with every slice.

Cider maker Sandford Orchards has launched a Jubilee Limited Edition Devon Red Cider.
Barny Butterfield, Chief Cidermaker at Sandford Orchards said: “2022 is a milestone year for Britain as the Queen completes 70 years on the throne and, after a couple of years of covid restrictions, we are at last able to gather together for some long overdue celebrations. We wanted to mark the occasion with our Jubilee Limited Edition Devon Red Cider, which is created from British apples grown and pressed in Devon, using traditional methods, at the oldest working cider mill in the UK. No Jubilee parties will be complete without it. Why would you toast the Queen’s health with French champagne when you can raise a glass of 100% British cider?”
Jubilee Ltd Edition Devon Red Cider (ABV 4.5%) is described as a perfectly balanced, refreshing medium cider. “It is a naturally tasty and utterly delicious fresh apple cider created from British apples grown in orchards rooted in the rich, red, fertile soil which surrounds Sandford Orchards.”

Alcohol-free brewer Nirvana Brewery and speciality AF retailer Wise Bartender have announced a second outing for their Elderflower Lager limited-edition collaboration. Released just in time for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend.
In what the duo believes to be a first in the realm of non-alcoholic beers, they have brewed a classic lager lifted with the addition of seasonal elderflower essence, coming in at 0.5% ABV.
Becky Kean, Co-founder at Nirvana Brewery said: “We’re really excited to bring back this very popular special with long time Nirvana stockist and AF superstar Wise Bartender for this beer! As the alcohol-free beer pioneers in the UK, creating new styles and innovating is at the heart of what we do, so when they originally approached us asking if we could make their dream of an alcohol-free Elderflower Lager a reality, we jumped at the chance to bring something fresh to the market!”
Kean continues: “At Nirvana, we’re all about bringing people together for social occasions. With elderflower being the quintessential scent of a British summer, we think this beer is the perfect tipple to share with friends and family over the Jubilee celebrations.”

Italian luxury chocolate manufacturer Venchi has unveiled vegan options of four of its bestselling gelato flavours: Nocciola Piemonte IGP (Piedmont Hazelnut), Bronte Pistachio, Lemon & Liquorice and Mixed Berries, available to Brits to enjoy in the sunshine - especially during Jubilee weekend.
The flavours join the vegan friendly collection, which already includes Strawberry, Mango, Melon, Azteco (82% dark chocolate sorbet), Lemon and Raspberry, and will be available across all of its Chocogelateria shops. The introduction of these flavours will mean that vegans will no longer be limited to ‘fruit’ flavours but to a variety of creams that are typically based on milk.
The gourmet flavours include:
- Nougatine: 77% extra dark chocolate & Caramelized hazelnut
- Brutto ma Buono: milk chocolate, chopped Piedmont Hazelnut and extra dark chocolate
- Cappuccino: from cup to cone, delicious milk chocolate and cream
