Mobile slaughterhouse launched for Eid Al Adha
The Sharjah Municipality in the United Arab Emirates has launched a mobile slaughterhouse facility ahead of Eid Al Adha.
Designed to reduce the pressure during this busy period, the mobile slaughterhouse is limited to the slaughter of small livestock of sheep and goats and there is a veterinarian on board to supervise. It will be operating every day besides Fridays, Saturdays and holidays.
The mobile slaughterhouse is part of the central slaughterhouse of the municipality.
Eid Al Adha takes place on 12 August.
