ReposiTrak and Recall InfoLink are to support the safety and risk management technology needs of the food supply chain.

The companies will integrate their technologies and do some joint business development.

The partnership will combine ReposiTrak’s traceability and Recall InfoLink’s recall processing knowledge to protect consumers, brands and businesses.

They said connecting the systems simplifies identification and communication with customers impacted by a recalled product.

ReposiTrak, a wholly owned subsidiary of Park City Group, helps retailers control risk, reduce supply chain expense and grow sales via a technology platform. It enables traceability as products and ingredients move between trading partners.

Randall K. Fields, chairman and CEO of Park City Group, said it will give customers the peace of mind they need to run businesses better in today’s hyper competitive marketplace.

“The combination of our resources will substantially reduce our users’ risk profiles and help them concentrate on engaging the shopper.”

Recall InfoLink offers a patented, web-based product recall management platform. It provides standardized messages, automated communications, inventory tracking and reports for compliance efforts.

Roger Hancock, Founder and CEO of Recall InfoLink, said both firms’ technology has been tested in the field.

“This strength helps retailers and their partners keep everyone in the supply safe with systems that are easy to use and instantly effective.”
