UK producers learn from global competitors
UK producers will have the opportunity to learn from overseas markets at the annual Eblex conference in November.
The conference will feature lessons on beef and sheep production methods in the US and Brazil, and UK farmer Ed Green will show producers how to apply the methods in the UK.
There will also be speakers addressing issues such as global opportunities for beef and lamb and will give guests insight into the global market and its future opportunities.
Eblex southern senior regional manager and conference organiser Dr Phil Hadley said: “Our annual conference provides an ideal forum for those in the industry to come together and discuss pressing industry issues and gain an insight into potential future opportunities for the sector.”
