Ecolab closes Cleantec acquisition
Ecolab has completed the takeover over Australian company Cleantec in a move that will see it expand its Asia-Pacific footprint.
The US-based firm closed the deal with Cleantec owner’s Campbell Brothers, of Brisbane. Cleantec produces cleaning and hygiene products for the food and beverage industries.
The Australian company posts annual sales of around US$55m, said Ecolab but declined to disclose any further financial details
