Heineken to create Global Business Services organisation

Heineken recently announced it will create a Global Business Services organisation to deliver Purchasing and Business Process & Technology services across the company.

Current managing director of Heineken France, Frans Eusman will be appointed global business services director, reporting to chief financial officer, René Hooft Fraafland.

Eusman will be succeeded by Marc Busain, current managing director of Heineken’s Egyptian business, Al Ahram Beverages.

Over time, the organisation will also aim to explore opportunities to improve transactional financial shared services.

Jean-François van Boxmeer, Heineken’s chairman & CEO said: “With Frans’ extensive knowledge and experience across our business, he is the right person to lead this ambitious and long-term initiative. ”

The Global Business Services organisation will be effective from 1 October 2010.
