Renewed meat sector optimism shines through at IFFA
With a record number of exhibitors from 47 countries, and with more than 60,000 visitors expected over the six-day event, the sector is breathing an audible sigh of relief as it appears the world is getting ready once more to do business at the world's large meat trade fair.
