Numbers are rumoured to be down on four years ago but there are still plenty of new ideas, projects and products swilling about the corridors and stands.
The big priority right now is cost and many manufacturers have had the good sense to present the industry with innovations that promise savings. In this podcast I look at a new ingredient and a new piece of software that both claim to add value and subtract costs. I also take a brief look at some other innovations and ideas that have caught my eye at the trade show.
