Denmark-based analysis and safety systems provider Foss says it has improved the capabilities of the new rinse concentrate for its milk scanning system.

The company says that from its experience in the dairy sector, uptime and reduced maintenance costs are among the top priorities for busy milk-testing laboratories. These priorities were the driving force behind the development of the rinsing agent.

Foss claims that the new improved rinse agent for MilkoScan FT 6000 helps dairy research laboratories save time, is more cost efficient and more effective. Called FT6000 Rinse Concentrate, it offers practical and economic benefits by reducing the need for the use of Foss Clean.

Foss adds that the new Rinse Concentrate can be used for the same number of rinses as the concentrate currently in use and that to the change over to the new formula requires no modifications.

Foss provides analytical solutions to ensure the safe production of food, agricultural and pharmaceutical products. The company is privately-owned and employs over 1,100 worldwide. It has manufacturing and research and development facilities in Denmark, Sweden and the US.
