Robertet, the French flavours and perfume group, announced on Monday strong financial growth for the fourth year running. For the year 2000 the company reported a 15.5 per cent increase in turnover. Three sectors of the company in particular contributed to the healthy results - Raw materials, Perfumery and Food flavours. Robertet further consolidated its position in the United States which represented more than 41 per cent of its turnover. Gross trading profit rose by16.7 per cent and net profit by 22.0 per cent. The company will propose a Euro1.2 dividend, equivalent to an 18.8 per cent increase, at the General Meeting on 14 June 2001.
