Novis, a European online publisher of global industry and science news for the food and beverage industries, has undertaken a major partnership with 15 leading international market report publishers. This agreement provides Novis' website users access to the latest food and beverage market report summaries and allows them to buy these reports directly from the company's websites.

The partnership kicked off in February 2003 with the launch of a dedicated market report section and a free fortnightly e-newsletter. Osman Bal, marketing manager at Novis, explains:"The section provides access to most market reports published for the food and drink industries worldwide. Reports from different sources are centralised in one place. Such a structure allows users to rapidly source the right information."

A dedicated team of industry experts has customised the market report section and deal directly with visitors' enquiries. "Users like the clear breakdown by product categories, countries or prices. They can make online enquiries, buy a report online or just monitor the availability of relevant reports for their industry."

In April 2003, over 2000 reports had already been listed on the sites, with a total of 12,600 executives visiting the section. "Novis already represents most of the large market research companies and its food and drink websites attracted a total of 150,000 unique users in March 2003," adds Bal.

The section is available on 12 food and beverage websites published by Novis, including FoodNavigator.com, NutraIngredients.com, FoodProductionDaily.com and FoodAndDrinkEurope.com.
