Danish vegetable oils and fats specialist Aarhus Olie has launched a new investor relations (IR) website which is designed to help keep its shareholders up-to-date with developments at the company.
The site includes all the latest financial news, annual reports and developments in share prices, as well as general information about the ownership structure of the Aarhus Olie group, strategy and business areas.
Esben vibe, financial director at Aarhus Olie, said the new site was another step in the company's plan to improve contacts with its investors. He added that the site was also likely to be of interest to business analysts in their capacity as advisors to potential investors and as part of their efforts to weigh up the market.
"We have focused on making the site comprehensible, user-friendly and easy to access," said Vibe. "The idea is that it should be a dynamic place with a minimum of static information."
Designed by Aarhus Olie's own team of specialists, plans are already underway to upgrade the site, making it increasingly user-friendly and relevant to investor needs. The frequently asked questions section, in particular, will be rapidly developed. "We look forward to receiving praise and criticism so we can make Investor Relations an even more valuable resource for our investors," Vibe added.
