The Institute of Food Technologists this week welcomed a new President-Elect II. On the basis of a tabulation compiled by Election.com, C. Ann Hollingsworth was elected to the role.

Her activities at the IFT have included Council Representative to the Executive Committee and Chair of the Task Force on Enhancing Publication Efforts, Carl R. Fellers Award Jury, Education Committee, and Freshman/Sophmore Scholarship Awards Jury.

Hollingsworth has also served on a number of other committees and task forces. She has been active in the Great Lakes and Cactus Sections, as well as the Muscle Foods, Food Laws & Regulations, and Student Divisions, where she served various leadership roles.

In the same week the IFT announced that it is to relocate its headquarters to downtown Chicago. IFT's new address is 525 W. Van Buren St., Suite 1000, Chicago, IL 60607. The phone number will remain the same.
