Food Ingredients Europe 2001 opens its doors to food industry professionals on Monday 5th November at the new ExCel Exhibition Centre in London's Docklands. The biennial exhibition will welcome over 1,000 exhibitors from the four corners of the globe. A series of conferences taking place during the Fi Food Summit will touch topics ranging from 'Texture, Encapsulation & Coating' to 'Starch: Non-traditional products and uses'. Winners of the Fi Europe Awards will be announced at a special ceremony on the evening of the November 6.
