Avebe (Stand J 90) will present different starches for food industries. Various product ranges include potato starches for yoghurt and other desserts; clean label starches for powdered and liquid food applications; a range of cold water swelling starches, Paselli EZ (potato or tapioca based ) for selected applications in bakery products, dressings and powdered foods; a new generation of low DE maltodextrins ( potato starch based ) as fat replacers in low fat dressings and spreads.
