China dairy market animated

China Premium Foods Corp. (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Bravo! Foods International Corp., today announced it has reached an agreement with Wonder Sun Group, the largest dairy in China's Northeast, to produce and distribute Looney Tunes(TM) brand flavoured milks. China Premium Food developed the proprietary flavours under a license from Warner Bros. The initial product role out anticipated this autumn, will feature a combination of five Looney Tunes(TM) branded flavoured milk in gable top and aseptic brick packages: vanilla shake, featuring Bugs Bunny; chocolate, featuring the Tasmanian Devil; strawberry, featuring Lola Bunny; banana, featuring Daffy Duck; and orange cream, featuring Tweety. "The opportunity to add Looney Tunes(TM) branded flavoured milks to develop our product lines provides Wonder Sun Dairy with a unique opportunity in the Chinese dairy industry," said Zheng Xinmin, General Manager of Wonder Sun Group. "With the same amount of essential nutrients as white milk, we expect Looney Tunes(TM) brand flavoured milk will attract Chinese children to drink more milk." Wonder Sun Dairy is one of China's five largest dairies, with more than 140,000 cows, and 20,000 hectares of grazing land. Sales for the Wonder Sun Dairy group topped RMB 500 million (US$62.5 million) in 2000.
