With the strength of its affiliation with two major French, multiple purpose, co-operative groups, TERRENA and COOPAGRI BRETAGNE, EPI Ingredients benefits from technological and scientific support in dairy and plant proteins and in ovoproducts.Over one billion litres of milk are collected among 5000 farmers all members of our "Paysan Breton" (Breton farmers) charter, the guarantee of traceability above reproach. EPI Ingredients produces 80,000 tons of dairy ingredients each year.

15-Sep-2008 - EPI Ingredients is launching a new yoghurt ingredient called Yoggets – granules of skimmed milk yoghurts that seek to address the need for innovative, yet health-oriented products.
16-Jul-2007 - France's EPI Ingredients is expanding its supply milk powders with a new deal with Belgian dairy firm Solarec, which will give it the rights to commercialise all the powders produced at the latter's Recongne-Libramont facility.
