Rapid, accurate analysis is essential in the food industry where time is critical. The new HYBRID Trac combines a 2nd generation, patent-pending Time-Domain NMR system with proven microwave moisture analysis. Results are more accurate than NIR and are not affected by changes in color, texture, additives, or granularity. The system can be used for a wide variety of food samples from powdered to liquid. This application note discusses the use of the HYBRID Trac in the dairy industry and includes data for dairy samples.
