Aerion™ DP 92: combines extreme acid stability with an excellent taste profile, ideal for use in i.e. yoghurt mousse or fruit mousse.
Aerion™ DP 93: only has 1 e-number and combines fast and high overrun with an excellent smooth mouth feel, creamy taste and foam stability in i.e. chocolate mousse and crème Chantilly.
