BerryPharma has always used a unique food technology to concentrate and standardise anthocyanins from red fruits including Elderberry, Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Aronia and Cranberry. Products have been available as either standardised liquids or spray dried powders. Major investment in laboratory space and analytical equipment has broadened the possibilities for fast turn around of new products including gels and syrups. All products are developed with the latest hi tech measurement equipment and the anthocyanin content is always verified by HPLC.
In addition to the modern facilities, BerryPharma also continues with its research commitment to better understand the anti viral, anti bacterial and microcirculation benefits found in the elderberry, bilberry and blackcurrant.
