Are there pathogenic infections in your food production chain?

Trichinellosis is a parasitic zoonosis caused by nematodes belonging to the species Trichinella. In 2000, it was estimated that human trichinellosis affected at least 11 million people throughout the world.

This application note describes the validation of two Biacore assays to determine the presence of Trichinella antibodies.
