In this two-day interactive broadcast, FoodNavigator will profile the technology, ingredients and culinary science powering the next generation of meat- and dairy-free innovation. Our journalists will be asking how the sector can maintain momentum and truly take a bite out of conventional meat and dairy sales.
The 2023 Protein Vision series will consist of two category focused events on Wednesday 21 June 2023 (Alt Meat) and Thursday 22 June 2023 (Alt Dairy). Each day will include a morning and an afternoon session. Each session will last 90 minutes and will include interactive presentations, fireside interviews and panel discussions, as well as audience Q&A.
