Yorkshire Baking Company Lemon Crunch Mega Loaf
The addition of a Lemon Crunch variant follows the recent addition of a Sticky Toffee flavour to Yorkshire bakery producer’s Mega Loaf lineup.
The NPD comes in response to the growing popularity for the range and sits alongside the Chocolate, Cherry & Madeira variants.
The Lemon Crunch Mega comprises a soft madeira cake with a tangy lemon flavour, finished with nibbed sugar. The loaf contains around 15 servings and is suitable for vegetarians, with an RRP of £2.50 per loaf.
