Italian cooking network launches its first product range
Cesarine, an online platform featuring 1500 amateur chefs across 450 cities in Italy who create food experiences such as cooking classes and food tours, has launched its first product range.
Around 50 products are available including some lesser-known recipes that are hard to find in larger retailers, such as “cacio e pepe” sauce, Tuscan chicken liver pâté, and a variety of liqueurs such as Marasca cherry and Zabaione. “It’s just like delving into an Italian nonna’s pantry,” the network said.
The move to sell products on the site came after the pandemic inspired over 10,000 people to log on from all over the world to learn the secrets of ragù alla Bolognese, Neapolitan pizza, authentic Amatriciana sauce and much more, live from real Italian home kitchens.
