UK food company BOL Foods is rolling out a range of new ‘Centrepiece’ products across the UK. The line includes three plant-based main courses intended for sharing.
Each dish is made up of marinated vegetables topped with spiced seeds and a ‘unique drizzle’. “All you need to do is make some simple side dishes while your Centrepiece is cooking and you can enjoy an easy, delicious midweek dinner in just 40 minutes,” noted the firm.
The range includes: Whole Roasted Firecracker Cauliflower, Swet & Spicy Szechuan Glazed Aubergine, and South Indian Spiced Butternut Squash.
The line – which joins BOL’s Power Shakes, Veg Pots, Super Soups, Dinner Boxes, and Salad Jars – is rolling out in Tesco this month, and from Co-Op in January at an RRP of £4.
