Rethinking the 'classic detox' with green veg soup
French fresh soup specialist GreetShoot said it is re-imagining the ‘classic detox’ with its new offering: organic cream of green vegetable soup.
The organic will be available in the produce aisle of French grocery stores this autumn in a 1 litre format.
The organic recipe contains seasonal vegetables such as courgette, spinach, broccoli, leek. These ‘expected headliners’ are joined by ‘surprise guests’ including green lentils and Thai basil, GreenShoot revealed.
The company suggests that the soup can be customised at home with the addition of salty soy sauce, a spoon of coconut cream or a pinch of black sesame seeds.
