PAF's new smoothie 'Happiness'
French start-up PAF, which manufactures cold pressed juices, is launching a new smoothie option: Happiness.
The new variety was developed by PAF founder Melanie Merenda and chef Johanna Lepape (World Champion of Sweet Arts) with the aim of providing a healthy and tasty smoothie that would act as a disruptor in the category.
Happiness is high in antioxidants as well as vitamins C and A and contains the “exotic flavours” of mango and passion fruit alongside cardamom.
The smoothie, like PAF’s range of juices, is made in France from organic ingredients. It is cold pressed and stabilised at high pressures to keep the natural nutrients intact.
It will be available at specialist organic retailers throughout France for an RRP of €4.50 for a 245ml bottle.
