Small batch raw Greek honey
Odysea is bringing two small batch Greek honeys to market: a Greek spring blossom raw honey and a Greek oak tree raw honey.
The honey is produced in Greece by an artisan bee-keeper who ensures the bees have access to a variety of native herbs and flowers all year round. The honeys are cold extracted, unfiltered, unpasteurised and unprocessed. Each jar carries the year of harvest.
The Greek spring blossom raw honey is harvested between March and June, and boasts a delicate, sweet floral flavour, according to Odysea. The honey a light golden colour.
The Greek oak tree raw honey is harvested at the end of July, and has a robust caramel flavour with a rich amber colour.
The honeys have an RRP of £5.99 for a 250 g jar, and can be found in Wholefoods.
